Follow these steps to fix login issues or refresh your Recruitment Assist extension. It only takes 2 minutes and requires no technical knowledge.
Clearing cookies will sign you out of Recruitment Assist. Have your login credentials ready at app.crintelltech.com before you begin.
Look at the top right corner of your Chrome browser window. Click the three vertical dots (⋮) icon to open the browser menu.
Tip: The three dots icon is always at the very top-right of Chrome, next to your profile picture.
From the Chrome menu, hover over More Tools, then click Developer Tools. A panel will open at the bottom or side of your screen.
Inside the Developer Tools panel, find the three vertical dots (⋮) in the top right corner of the DevTools panel and click it.
A small menu will appear. Click the "Dock to bottom" icon (it looks like a panel at the bottom of the screen). This makes the next steps easier to follow.
Why dock to bottom? It ensures all the tabs are visible so you can find the "Application" tab in the next step.
In the DevTools panel, you'll see a row of tabs. Click on Application. If you don't see it, click the » (double arrow) to reveal more tabs.
In the left sidebar, look for the Storage section. Click the arrow next to Cookies to expand it, then click https://app.crintelltech.com.
You'll see a toolbar row above the cookie list. To the right of the Filter input box, click the small ≡↓× icon — it looks like three descending horizontal lines with a tiny × at the bottom right. This is the Delete all cookies button. There is no text label — it's an icon only.
After clicking the ≡× icon, Recruitment Assist will log you out. That's expected — proceed to Step 8.
Close the Developer Tools panel. Then go to app.crintelltech.com and sign in with your credentials. Your Recruitment Assist extension will reconnect automatically.
All done! Once you're logged back in, your Recruitment Assist extension will work normally. If you're still having issues, contact CrintellTech Support.
